Domestic Shipping Policy: Boca Bracelets, Etc. uses USPS Priority Mail for all our US Domestic shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental US. For all other locations, we charge the actual USPS Global Priority charge for shipping and a handling fee.

Please note: While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time may not ship until the following day.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for returned items. If a returned item was shipped for free, the shipping and handling cost will be deducted from your refund.

While most international deliveries arrive within 2 weeks, please understand that once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to the rules and delivery timeframes of that country, including holidays and weather delays. Return Instructions:

If you decide not to keep your Q-Ray jewelry product, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). We must receive the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Return the product in its original condition with original packaging.
• Return original receipt.
• Write the reason for the return on the back of the original receipt.
• Make a copy of the receipt for your records.
• For your safety, ship the package (at your cost) using a trackable method. Boca Bracelets, Etc. cannot be responsible for items lost by your shipper.
